How Aurum Prime Elite Calculates Trading Performance
See how Aurum Prime Elite measures live MT5 performance, including starting capital, realised net profit, return, win rate, profit factor and drawdown.
Direct MetaTrader 5 data
The website receives strategy data through an API connected to the MetaTrader 5 terminal. This removes the need for the public dashboard to depend on a third-party performance widget.
Defined strategy start
Performance is measured from the defined start of the Aurum Prime Elite strategy rather than treating older account activity as part of the strategy record.
Starting capital and net profit
The strategy uses a defined starting capital of $500. Realised net profit is based on qualifying closed strategy trades after the strategy start. Older account balances are not presented as strategy profit.
Total return
Total return is calculated from strategy profit relative to the defined starting capital. This keeps the percentage tied to the strategy measurement period.
Win rate and profit factor
Win rate describes the share of qualifying closed trades that finished profitable. Profit factor compares gross realised profits with gross realised losses. Neither metric should be evaluated in isolation.
Drawdown and equity history
Equity snapshots are recorded over time so the dashboard can track changes in strategy equity and drawdown. A live metric can change as positions are opened, closed or move in value.
Performance figures are informational and historical. They are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of future results.
